2. Some mailservers will not recognize an improper machine. Close all connections on all machines and wait 20 minutes to check again. disconnection in some instances. Your account may be "Poplocked". You can either wait for the "poplock" to time out, or have someone shell into the mailserver and kill the mail task running on your account.
